1) The filter is about to expire. Check the indicator reminder to confirm and replace it.
2) The system hasn't been used for a while. Turn on the RO faucet and allow it to flush for a while before drinking.
Over-used filters will degrade the filtration performance, causing contaminants to leak back into the water and adversely affect your health. It's recommended that you replace the filter if the filter life indicator light turns red.
You have not reset the filter life indicator. Please reset it: Press and hold the RO filter life indicator for 7 seconds, until the system beeps and the blue light stays on.
The filter does not have a shelf-life if it is unopened and keep it in a cool and dry place.
Yes, through reverse osmosis filtration, the RO system can effectively reduce TDS, chromium, PFAS, fluoride, arsenic salt, iron, radium nitrate, calcium, chloride and heavy metals like hexavalent chromium in your tap water but please note that this filter can only be used with our G3P600 RO system.
This filter is adaptive to G3P600 RO system. It is not recommended to apply this filter to WD-G3P800-W or WD-G3-W RO water filter system, otherwise, it may affect your use experience. Please confirm this before purchase.
