Shipping areas

We deliver to most U.S. states. Some products can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional shipping fee. However, We currently do not deliver to American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.


International shipping

Unfortunately, we do not support international shipping at this time.

We partner with four carriers—UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Amazon Logistics US—to ensure timely delivery Note: We cannot accommodate specific carrier requests.


Delivery Time Exceeded

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, natural disasters, carrier issues, or high-risk orders. If your order is delayed, please contact us at service@waterdropfilter.com, and we will check the situation with the transportation company promptly. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be collected as required by U.S. law for deliveries to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI. Rates are determined by local governments, and all collected taxes will be promptly reported to the IRS.

Order Cancellations:


If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team.


1. If you contact us within 24 hours of purchase:

Since most orders ship the same day, kindly email us at contact service@waterdropfilter.com or call us at (888)-352-3558 within 24 hours of placing the order. There will be no cancellation fees for standard items canceled before shipment. If the package has already been shipped, we will provide a prepaid label for return, and once we receive the package from you, we will issue a refund.


2. If you contact us after 24 hours of purchase:

  • In such cases, you will need to bear the shipping fee if the package is already shipped (subject to our system status, not the order status).
  • The product must be damage-free, packed in the original packaging we sent to you, and returned with the original receipt of purchase.
  • We will process your refund after receiving the package.

30-day Risk-free Return Policy:


  • You are eligible to return any item(s) within 30 days of receipt.
  • All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as they were originally received.
  • The 30-day risk-free return policy applies to all item(s).
  • No restocking fee will be charged, but customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will cover the return postage expenses in the case of any return requests related to a quality issue.
  • Please note that the 30-day risk-free return policy is only valid for orders within the continental United States.

Return after 30 Days of Receipt:


  • You may still return any item after 30 days of receipt.
  • In this case, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. The total cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as they were originally received.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products. However, in the event of any return requests related to a quality issue, we offer free returns or replacement with a new product.

Exchange Policy:


1. Defective Products:

If you receive a product with quality issues or damages, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt. We will provide you with a free exchange service. Please provide order information and photos of the damaged product when contacting our customer service team for better assistance.


2. Non-Quality Issues:

If you wish to exchange a product for non-quality-related reasons, please note the following:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with the original purchase receipt.
  • You will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

  • Return the product in the original packaging we provided.
  • The product must be damage-free (this does not apply to defective products, as damage will void the refund).

Step 3: Contact our customer service and provide your return tracking number. We will track the package and process your refund within 5 working days after receiving and inspecting the package.

Warranty Scope

Within the extended warranty period and with proper installation, use, and maintenance per the user manual, Waterdrop provides warranty coverage for defects in design, materials, or workmanship, excluding cosmetic defects.This service applies only to products purchased from Waterdrop U.S. official website.

Product usage must meet the following conditions:

- Inlet water pressure: 14.5-87 psi

- Inlet water temperature: 41°F-100°F

- pH value: 6.5-8.5

- Turbidity: < 1.0 NTU

- Water source: municipal tap water (Well water requires pre-filtration.)

- Water TDS: < 750 ppm

- Water hardness: < 7 grains per gallon

Note: Product specifications and usage recommendations are for reference only. Water quality may vary seasonally, and Waterdrop is not responsible for issues caused by such fluctuations or usage beyond stated limits.

This extended warranty service does not cover:

1. Damage from incorrect installation, use, or maintenance.

2. Removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers or labels of product.

3. Physical damage due to mishandling or accidents (such as impact, dropping, etc.).

4. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, electrical problems, or force majeure events.

5. Failures from abnormal voltage or water pressure.

6. Damage caused by over-high or over-low environmental temperatures, such as high-temperature damage or freezing.

7. Damage from unauthorized repair, disassembly, or modification.

8. Damage due to failure of filter replacement or product maintenance as the user manual requires.

9. Filters are consumables and not covered by this extended warranty service. Clogging and end-of-life from normal use are not covered by this service.

10. Products not bought via authorized Waterdrop channels.

11. Damage from using non-municipal water sources, such as well water and river water.

12. Damage caused by improper storage, installation, maintenance, operation, use, or modification, including but not limited to non-compliance with the requirements stipulated in the user manual and this service agreement.

13. Misusing the product for unreasonable, unintended purposes or those beyond the capabilities of product's reverse osmosis system.

14. Use of replacement parts, filters, or other accessories not sold or manufactured by Waterdrop on this product.

15. Damage caused by non-manufacturing defects during the period of use by a non-original purchaser.

16. Continued use of known defective products.

17. Other problems not caused by product design, material, or workmanship defects.

User Obligations

Please follow the user manual to keep the product in good condition and kindly make sure:

1. Cooperate with Waterdrop's customer service and provide information or evidence for product malfunction assessment as needed.

2. Package the product properly before sending it to the designated Waterdrop repair site to avoid further damage during transit.

3. Report any service defects or problems to Waterdrop within 30 days of discovery to avoid affecting your warranty rights.

Termination of Extended Warranty Service

This agreement terminates if:

1. The extended warranty expires.

2. If you're found to have intentionally damaged the machine before buying the service, it will end automatically, and no fees will be refunded.

3. During the service period, if Waterdrop replaces the machine of the same model or at the same price for the user, this service will terminate after the replacement.

4. If the machine tied to the extended warranty service participates in a trade-in or recycling program, the agreement will terminate.

Waterdrop reserves the right to pursue legal liability against users fabricating accidents or malfunctions for improper benefits.

Return and Transfer of Extended Warranty Service

1. If the product is returned within 30 days of purchase and free repair service has not been used, the extended warranty may be refunded.

2. This extended warranty service is non-transferable once purchased.
