What should I do if water in the water tank doesn't come out?
Please check if the internal membrane breaks.
Unscrew off the stem and you will see a protruding charging valve, and then
press the charging valve. If water flows out, it indicates the internal
membrane breaks. Please change to a new water tank. If there is no water,
please contact customer service.
What should I do if there is any leakage?
Quick-fitting leakage: after installation,
please confirm if PE pipes are smooth. If not, cut the tubing squarely
and cleanly. Make sure the tubing is fully inserted.
Leakage between the ball valve
and the tank: please check if there is a washer connecting the
ball valve, if not, please contact us for a new ball valve.
Where should I connect the pressure mini tank if the RO system has been connected with an MNR filter and a UV sterilizer?
It is recommended to connect these components in a sequence as follows:
RO system-->Pressure mini water tank-->MNR filter-->UV steriliser-refrigerator.
