We have had our Waterdrop for about a month, and everyone in the house is obsessed with it and finds it easy to use.Very simple yet effective interface (quantity, temp, etc) that our 4 kids find simple… even the 7yo. I was skeptical about spending this much on a countertop item, but I would do it again in a heartbeat. The tank is a great size, even with multiple water bottles being filled up for sports. Also great to see the kids using it to make green tea (I think they just like to use it!).

The Waterdrop countertop Reverse Osmosis Hot/Cold Water Dispenser exceeded my expectations. From a name and brand well known for their water filtration, I feel much better knowing that my drinking water is of the best quality possible. I can literally taste the difference between the RO water and my passive Brita filter. The water dispenser produces hot enough water for tea and cold water for the hot days in Florida. It can also dispense room temperature water. I have a water softener and it add sodium to the water to remove calcium deposits. This reverse osmosis system removes all the sodium. I will definitely be recommending this water filter to my friends and family.
