How do you know when to change the filter?

The filter should be replaced when the filter life indicator flashes red and emits a buzzing sound. The countertop water filter has a capacity to filter up to 200 gallons of water. It is advisable to replace the filter promptly to ensure the optimal water purification experience.

Is it difficult to reset the filter?

Resetting the filter on this countertop water dispenser is a straightforward process:
Remove the water pumping unit and place a water container beneath it.
Push the filter inwards, firmly pinch the buckles on both sides, and take out the old filter.
Unwrap the new filter, removing the outer packaging and any surface paperboard.
Align the buckles of the filter with the notches on the water pumping unit, and insert the new filter. A slight clicking sound indicates that the new filter is securely in place.
Hold the water dispensing key for 3 seconds to complete the filter resetting process. The filter life indicator will then turn blue.
After resetting the filter, it is highly recommended to run water for at least 3-4 minutes before use.

Can I put this filter in my fridge?

Of course. This compact electric water filter is specially crafted to fit your fridge. Besides, it can be placed on the door shelf without occupying too much fridge space instead freeing up more fridge space for your food and other items.

When should I charge this product? How long does a single charge last?

1) Charge the electric water dispenser when the power indicator flashes red, signaling low battery power.
2) Connect a 5V/2A USB cable to the charging port on the side surface of the water pumping unit for charging. (Note: Please use a 5V/2A power adapter plug for charging. If the charging current is less than 2A, it may extend the charging time. The expected charging time is approximately 4-5 hours, and the system can be used while being charged.)
3) When the power indicator remains solid green, it indicates that charging has been completed.

Can I use it while plugged in?

Yes, you can use the device while it is plugged in. It is recommended to use a 5V/2A adapter that adheres to voltage and safety standards to power the device.
