Love the filter, but the second Gravity Inducting Indicator has now failed in first six months of ownership. First one had been replaced at no cost, but how do I replace the second one? And what if the failures continue? I don't see them offered for sale. What is their realistic life expectancy? Also, I was planning to buy more filters but find they are out of stock currently.
I have two pitchers of these and they both need replacement filters. Waiting already for about three months to buy them, but they are unavailable and I don’t know what to do with the useless pitchers. How come that in 3 month it is not possible to supply them? I am very annoyed....
I absolutely love this filtration system. You dont have to wait long for very very fresh and pure water. I use it in everything including my face care. I dont know how it does it really. But such a great investment.
