Compatible with Waterdrop Water Filter Straw, 1.5 Gallon
I like this water bag. Paired with a Sawyer Squeeze filter and my Camelbak Unbottle hydration bladder, it completes an easy water filtration system for backpacking and hiking. I like the easy to fill top—makes gathering water from a stream or other water source a breeze. And when you fold and roll the open top down, then snap the buckle together, that closes the open top and creates a handle for carrying the bag. Then it is an easy matter to hang the bag on a tree, connect the outflow hose, connect the filter, and connect the hydration bladder. Then just wait a few minutes and let gravity do its thing while I continue setting up camp or hanging out by the campfire. I've also used the bag on the trail by scooping up water and squeezing the bag to filter the water more quickly and without need for hanging the bag. I filtered 2 liters of water in about 10 minutes that way. Only negatives are the slight weight penalty versus my old system (a Platypus 2 liter water bag, a larger ziplock bag for helping fill the Platypus, Sawyer Mini filter, and the Unbottle), and also the cutoff clip they provide for the outflow tube is quite hard to engage fully so all water flow is stopped. If not engaged fully, the system leaks. An alternative means to stop water flow is to remove the outflow tube altogether (uses a quick release clip to engage/disengage). When removed, no water comes out of the bag.
My new favorite bag for filtering water. Easy to use and seal. Tough material. Doesn’t leak.

Great product. Seems durable too. Was great with my sawyer and kept 4 guys with water on a 4 day canoe trip
efficient and high quality.
