A: Please check the indicator to see if it is time to change the filter cartridge. If yes, replace the filter cartridge immediately. If not, please try the following steps to solve the problem:
Remove the filter and shake it to shift the granules inside.
- Remove the filter. Flush it under flowing water for about 30 seconds to remove any blockages that might be clogging the exit point.
- Once you stop flushing, shake the filter horizontally. Then reinstall the filter in the pitcher.
