Terms and Conditions for Referral Program
1. Participant Eligibility
  • The Waterdrop Referral Program is open to all customers of Waterdrop who create an account on www.waterdropfilter.com, the US site, not including wholesalers, resellers, or anyone who has joined our dropship program.
  • By participating in the Program, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Participation Method
  • Users are required to log in to their Waterdrop accounts and initiate sharing via the Smile feature. Acceptable sharing methods include email, links, or other SNS platforms.
3. Gift Card Rewards
  • If the referral is successful, which means the friend has successfully placed an order, the sharer will be awarded a $50 gift card (sent via email) at once.
4. Multiple Referrals
  • If a referee receives referral links from multiple users, only the referrer of the first order will be eligible for the reward. Self-referral is strictly prohibited.
5. Qualified Referral
  • A Qualified Referral occurs only when a person (the “Friend”) who is a new customer and has never previously purchased from our site: (i) visits www.waterdropfilter.com through the Advocate’s unique referral link; (ii) submits a valid email address through the referral pop-up displayed after opening that link; and (iii) completes an eligible purchase on our site. Simply visiting or purchasing through the referral link without completing the sign-up through the referral pop-up will not qualify as a Qualified Referral.
6. Compliance Requirements
  • Users must abide by all rules and requirements of the activity. Any act of fraud or rule-violation will result in disqualification from the activity.
7. Organizer's Rights
  • The organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the activity at any time without prior notice.
8. Technical and Network Issues
  • The organizer shall not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by technical malfunctions, network problems, or other force majeure events during the course of the activity.
9. Reward Assurance
  • The organizer does not guarantee the availability or usability of the rewards, and shall not be liable for any disputes arising from the use of the rewards.
10. Information Requirements
  • Users are required to provide accurate personal information for reward distribution. Incorrect information may lead to disqualification.
11. Privacy Policy
  • The organizer will collect and use users' personal information in accordance with relevant privacy policies. The information will only be used for the purposes of this activity, such as reward distribution and activity management.
