* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and cantakelonger than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there is the tracking informationfor your packages. Tracking information is also available in your Order Details page.

Shipping areas

The products can be delivered to the most of states in America except American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, MarshallIslands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.

International shipping

We are sorry that the international shipping service is not supported for the time being.

There are three different carriers to make sure your products arrive to you on time.

There are United Parcel Service ( UPS ), United States Postal Service ( USPS ) and Fedex.

If you want to cancel the order before the item is shipped, please contact our service team, you will get the refund after our service team receives your request. (This may take up 1-3 days, thanks for your patience and understanding.)

If you want to cancel the order after it has been generated within 24 hours and the item has been shipped, we could offer you a free return label and you will get the refund after we receive the item back. Once you want to cancel the order after it has been generated for more than 24 hours and shipped, you need to bear the extra return fee. The product has to be damage-free, packed in the packaging we sent to you, and with the original receipt of the purchase.

If you want to return the item without any quality issue, you need to bear the return fee yourself and pay 20% of the original order as a restocking fee.

If you would like to return a product, please follow the next guidelines:

The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.
The product has to be in the packaging we sent in the first place.
The product has to be damage-free (not applicable for defective products), damage on the product will void the refund.

Once you received a damaged / incorrect item and you want to file a claim, please email service@waterdropfilter.com together with your order information and the picture of the damaged / incorrect product. We are eager to help.

Also, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in-stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you do not have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

After receiving your request or your packages, it may take up 1-7 business days to refund your money. (Unfortunately, due to current situations and the COVID-19, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.)
