Return Policy


The goal of Waterdrop is to design, engineer, and deliver water that meets our and your uncompromising standards.

Standard Returns:

Generally, our money back guarantee lasts 30 days, you can get all your money back. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our Distribution Facility. If your return is a result of a error or defective product, we will pay the relevant freight for the return.

Return Restrictions:

There are certain situations should be noted.

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Our money back guarantee lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order is delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

- will not issue any refunds on products that were damaged during installation or because of incorrect installation.

- Refunds on returned goods that are purchased by mistake will only be granted on items that are in a new and unused condition, with all parts, shrink wrap and components intact.

If your return comes back to us damaged, we will follow the above outlined policy and no refund will be issued. We encourage our customers to package their return carefully as to avoid any damages in transit back to us.

Address Validation:

Customers are responsible for providing their correct address. In the event an order is shipped to an invalid address, the customer is responsible for the payment and merchandise shipped. A refund will only be issued when the product is returned to our Distribution Facility. We will follow the standard return policy once the product is received.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
